If you missed this the first time, this is another chance to join Stroud Valleys Project and PhD researcher Sharon Gardham for a delve into the history of Rodborough Common. Using documentary evidence and the clues left on the land itself, we will cover more than a millennium of history, exploring how Rodborough has been shaped by local, national and international events, as well as by its non-human inhabitants.
The walk covers a distance of just over a mile over uneven ground.
This event is in collaboration with the National Trust and is part of our Landscapes of the Lark festival, which is supported by the Cotswold National Landscape’s Farming in Protected Landscapes fund.
