MP visits SVP sites

Local MP Siobhan Baillie recently came along to visit our Capel’s Mill and Arundel Mill Pond sites.

CEO Clare Mahdiyone and chair of trustees Stella Parkes talked with Siobhan about her passion for wildlife, especially wetlands, and told her about some of the projects we are involved in.

Siobhan was one of the MPs involved in pushing through the new GCSE Natural History, so she was particularly interested in the resources we have created as part of our Wild Classrooms project.
