Stroud Brewery limited edition beer supports Stroud Valleys Project

Stroud Brewery Organic beer

To coincide with the COP26 summit in Glasgow, brilliant local business Stroud Brewery have launched a very special limited-edition beer and we are delighted that they have decided to donate £1 per pint sold to help the work of Stroud Valleys Project.

This fully organic wheat beer is made using surplus bread from Hobbs House Bakery, so helps to prevent food waste as well as tasting great.

Stroud Brewery are one of 25 breweries that are collaborating to send a message to world leaders meeting at COP that we are in a climate and nature emergency, facing loss of habitats and species and threats to lives and livelihoods.

The name ‘Buen Vivir’ is inspired by a South American indigenous philosophy that holds that everyone’s wellbeing is intimately linked to that of the environment and the community.

This makes it a perfect fit with Stroud Valleys Project, and our long-standing commitment to working in our local community, with people, for the environment.

With £1 from every pint purchased going to Stroud Valleys Project, each purchase will support our charity - a great excuse to go and enjoy a pint!
