Stroud’s seed swap shop
If you’re keen to get your gardening year off to a flying start, why not dust off your seed collection and decide what will actually make it into your patch this year?
Those rare globe artichokes or fancy swan gourds that you never got round to planting might be just right for another gardener – so bring them along to Stroud Valleys Project’s annual Seed Swap and pick up some seeds that are more up your street (or allotment)!
Stroud Valleys Project’s Seed Swap takes place on Saturday 4 February at the eco shop in the centre of Stroud, and it’s the perfect place for those excess packets of seeds taking up room in your shed or cupboard.
Bring along your seeds, and swap them for other gardeners’ fruit, veggie or flower seeds that are more likely to make it into your beds and borders. It’s also a great opportunity to chat to other gardeners and find out what works for them.
