Willow Tunnel Taming

Join Stroud Valleys Project and willow weaver Norah Kennedy as we tackle and tame the willow tunnels and dens in Stratford Park!

It’s two years since we worked with the community to plant some fabulous willow tunnels and dens in the play area at Stratford Park, and it’s fair to say these watery wonders are loving their new home. They have, however, become a little unkempt, and we could do with your help to get them back into line! Please join us to help trim, tidy, and weave the tunnels and dens back into shape.

You don’t need to join us for the full session – feel free to drop in and lend a hand at any point between 1pm and 3.30pm. This event is suitable for all the family, including well-behaved dogs on a lead. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.

There is also a free Garden Guardians goodie bag for everyone who takes part, so why not don your wellies and blow away those winter blues? We would love to see you there.
