Butterflies and moths of Prinknash Abbey

Butterfly Conservation and Stroud Valleys Project are working together on this event to find out about the butterflies and moths of Prinknash Abbey and explore the nectar garden that has been planted there.

We will look at the types of butterflies attracted to people’s gardens during our visit to the Prinknash butterfly nectar garden.  We will carefully set moth traps overnight and we hope we will see many wonderful and varied moths. We will draw on Bob and Sue’s extensive knowledge of butterflies and moths to tell you all about them.

Please observe social distancing, bring masks and use hand sanitiser.

Cost : £10 – adult in advance, children from same adult bubble are free.
